Who Are We?
The Institute of Leadership, Energy, Environment, and Management (ILE²M) is an Africa-centric “Think Tank” enterprise that has been in operation since 2005. Established on the premise to provide technical assistance on policy, programming formulation, and capacity building through training and mentoring support services.

Our Experience;
Over the past 15 years, ILEM has managed the implementation of multi-stakeholder development programmes providing technical support services in our work with UN Agencies (UNESCO, UNDP, UNIFEM/now UN Women, UNIDO, UNFPA, UNV, UNAMA, UNEP, FAO, and ILO); Regional Economic Corporations (Mano River Union-MRU Secretariat, East African Community-EAC Secretariat); and Multilateral Development Agencies (USAID West Africa Biodiversity and Climate Change-WABiCC, YALI, EU, TENN, AECF/3-M, Hivos, ENERGIA, WFC-GRC, DfID/ACE-TAF, GOAL, WACOMP, CAMServ, and GIZ-EnDev).
